Tommy Gentleman is an award winning Entrepreneur, Author & Speaker from Hampshire, UK.

Tommy has been helping people to achieve their full potential since 2007.

​

Tommy's journey in business began with a PT Studio that quickly grew into a fully fledged gym with over 350 members. He then established a successful private coaching and personal development events business alongside it, until things took on a different direction in 2020. 

 

With some time to think and plan, Tommy set out to transition into a new industry. He established "Tide 55 Digital Marketing" from his garage during lockdown and then grew that business to become his main focus, with 4 full time employees and a long list of clients.

Tommy still serves his mission for helping people to be their best through his podcast "Tommy G Talks" and through his writing and speaking.

 

Tommy delivered a TEDx talk in 2019, and he has worked closely with large companies such as LV Insurance to deliver training and motivational seminars. 

 

Tommy has achieved many accolades in both his personal and professional life; including a world championship in sport ju-jitsu, and a black belt in 2 martial arts.

He's the Chairman of The Jamie G Sporting Trust, Vice Chairman of a local Junior school's governing body and Chairman of a local football club.

​

Tommy helps individuals and teams to perform at their absolute BEST through his high level coaching and training on a physical, mental & emotional level.
